PC Recovery is committed to providing quality support to both existing customers and product evaluators. To ensure that our customers and product evaluators continue to receive the level and quality of support to which we have become recognised. The PC Recovery policy is to provide data recovery support with regard to the use of our data recovery products only.
All PC Recovery products have help files. You should be able to find the answer to most questions relating to our products in the help file included with each software product. Technical questions and problem descriptions can be submitted via the email form below.  PC Recovery is committed to providing professional support services and will always endeavour to respond to product support requests as quickly as possible. However, it is not always possible to respond as quickly to requests as our customers AND ourselves would like. The PC Recovery support team (as with all support organisations) has periods of sustained support activity. We appreciate that all product support requests are important and we endeavour to treat all requests accordingly. Please be assured that we will be in contact with you as quickly as humanly possible.
Please be polite and civil in your requests. The PC Recovery policy is that we will not tolerate inappropriate support request emails and these will NOT be responded to!
Email support is available to all customers and to all current evaluators. PC Recovery will respond to all support requests as quickly as possible. The company office hours are: 09:00 AM to 17:30 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
